LEFT OVARY AND ADNEXA: Measures 3.4 x 3.4 x 1.8 cm. Normal. CUL-DE-SAC: No free fluid. IMPRESSION: Persistent but overall improved thickening of the endometrium maximal measurements today measuring 1.7 Cm. Age 40, weight 70kg
Ultrasound findings are almost normal.Endometrial thickness in present study is 17.0 mm.It is better than earlier findings. Thickness of endometrium varies with stage of menstrual cycle. You may need biopsy of endometrium after clinical evaluation.
Otherwise uterus and both ovaries appears normal. There are no mass in uterus or adnexa. There is no fluid in POD.This is a normal finding.
